We also represents many foreign companies in Ethiopia as their local agent one couldn’t have imagined in any possible way the fierce competition, commitment to Quality and customer service excellence, that dominates the market today. Even during the early days we maintained simple thumb rule, which we adhere to this day- The customer is our first priority and we have to satisfy his as per his requirements in order to be a successful company.
Two decades later the group is now 6 strong companies. We have diversified in to a number of strategic market segments, what gives me extreme happiness, is the simple fact that we have been able to create and retain a highly committed and dedicated work force in all our companies. Irrespective of the market and product they deal in, what unites them is our initial vision of excellence in customer service maximum customer satisfaction and an absolute commitment quality.
